Theory
Theory lessons covering learning the
keyboard of the Stenograph Machine, principles and rules of
writing a phonetic shorthand and an introduction to
abbreviations and phrases to utilize in writing. All lessons
have been dictated on digital audio files, allowing students
to participate by Internet access. Students use their
textbook and audio materials and the course guidelines to
prepare their assignments.
